Delicate Arch Tour Info & Itinerary
Duration: 3 Hours
Distance: 3 Miles
We’ll meet after sunset at Delicate Arch Trailhead, a short 30 minute drive from downtown Moab. From there we’ll embark on the 1.5 mile trek with a steady 480ft elevation gain. Soon after we begin we’ll discover ancient petroglyphs from a time past and evidence of more recent pioneers. When we arrive at the arch our guides will go over some fundamentals of astrophotography while you rest and snack. We’ll have around 45 minutes to enjoy the scene and practice our skills, while anyone not capturing the scene digitally can capture it mentally.

We provide headlamps with red LED lighting
In order to maintain night vision red lighting is essential. You’re more than welcome to bring your own as long as you’re familiar with the operations and it also has a dim red light mode.
